Mental Health Awareness Week is next week (15th-21st May) and we believe that taking care of your mental health is incredibly important, so we have curated a series of events to help our occupiers do just that.

First on the list is our Cold-Water Therapy session. This invigorating experience has been shown to have numerous health benefits, including reducing inflammation, boosting your immune system, and even improving your mood. If you’re looking for a unique way to give yourself a mental and physical boost, this is the event for you.

Next up is our Forest Bathing event. This calming and grounding experience involves immersing yourself in nature and taking time to connect with the natural world. Forest Bathing has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety levels and increase feelings of well-being.

Finally, we have our Qigong Meditation session. This ancient Chinese practice combines movement, breathing, and meditation to help balance your energy and promote relaxation. Qigong has been shown to be an effective stress management tool and can help to improve mental clarity and focus.
