Let’s start with a journey for the Mind. Join us for “Thrive with Nature,” a lunchtime micro-course exploring the healing power of the great outdoors. Over three weeks, discover how connecting with nature enhances well-being and builds resilience, empowering you to tackle life’s challenges with renewed vigor.

Next, let’s nurture the Body. Sink into a state of pure bliss as skilled hands work their magic on your back, neck, and shoulders. Our Upper Body Massage promises just that – 10 to 12 minutes of relaxation to leave you rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. Also, don’t forget to join us for our weekly yoga class, TVP Balance, where we stretch, strengthen, and centre ourselves in harmony with movement.

Finally, let’s nourish the Soul. There’s something special about giving back to Mother Nature, isn’t there?
