Take a walk on the wild side and experience the 80 acre nature reserve with Alastair Driver, ecologist and conservationist.
Alastair Driver is the Director of Rewilding Britain, a specialist advisor for several organisations including Arup and the National Trust and is cited in Who’s Who for “distinction and influence” in the field of environmental conservation. He was appointed as the first conservationist for the River Thames in 1984 and recommended the creation of the TVP wetlands in the late 1980s. He has advised on the management of the site ever since and has led many guided nature walks here, during which he catches insects and pond life etc to show in the hand.

The meeting point is at the TVP security hut for 12:30pm. The walk will commence from 12:30pm – 2:00pm and can be finished at your own convenience.
Please note that a minimum number of 5 people per walk is required for the walk to commence.
