Thames Valley Park will once again host special bonus Reading parkrun events on both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, giving the community two extra chances to enjoy the festive season with a 5k.
Participants are welcome to come in fancy dress if they wish, and the events offer a relaxed, friendly way to round off the year and welcome the next. Whether running, jogging or walking, everyone is invited to take part and enjoy the supportive atmosphere along the familiar riverside route.
These holiday parkruns have become a much-loved local tradition, and organisers look forward to seeing the community come together across both days.
