Wednesday evening Paddle Boarding Group running every week May – September. You can use this time to develop your skills whilst enjoying the long summer evenings on a SUP.
- The participant should be comfortable on and around the water, please let us know if you have any concerns surrounding this.
- The participant should be able to partake in physical activity for this period of time, please check with your doctor or call us with any concerns.
What to bring
Please come prepared for your time on the water. We recommend casual, sporty clothing in layers so you can adjust to the weather. A fleece with waterproofs are great if you have them, if not we have some tops/trousers that you can borrow to wear over your clothes for the session. Please bring shoes that you do not mind getting wet and a change of clothes for ‘just in case’.
