Our new Bootcamp at Thames Valley Park is a great opportunity to start or continue your fitness journey. Our friendly community will meet three times a week between July 5th and September 29th:
Tuesday 17:30pm – 18:15 pm
Wednesday 12:00pm – 12:45 pm
Thursday 07:30am – 08:15 am
We are a mixed group of men and women and everyone over the age of 16 is welcome, whatever your fitness level.
We meet on the second part of the park, behind the hedges and there is free parking available at the David Lloyd car park. The first session is free. After your free taster session, you can choose from our different price options. Please sign up for each session you want to attend so you don’t miss out as spaces are limited.
