Business briefing at Thames Valley Park: What the latest economic insights mean for your business
Thames Valley Park is hosting this quarter’s British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) Economic Survey Report Briefing.
The session will explore the latest findings of the BCC Quarterly Economic Survey (QES), which is the UK’s largest and longest-running, independent business survey and one of the most closely watched economic indicators by government, the Bank of England and leading economists.
The QES asks over 5,000 UK businesses if they have experienced change in a range of indicators, such as sales, exports, investment and recruitment, as well as their top concerns. The event will analyse the findings from the latest report, offering valuable insight into business confidence and the latest economic trends affecting businesses across the UK.
Yuan Yang, MP for Earley and Woodley, will also be speaking on a panel at the event about what the findings mean for her constituency, and the local and national priorities to support business growth.
