A chance to take an hour for your mind and body to experience a Hatha yoga session at our brand new venue, the Now Building on the Thames Valley Park.

The Now Building’s yoga studio is situated on the top floor, so you can enjoy Reading town and park views while working through your yoga poses.

The class will offer a mix of Yoga, Breath-work and Mindfulness which can help increase flexibility, improve mobility, calm the mind and reduce stress.

Christine (Chris), your yoga instructor is a highly experienced teacher who takes great care with guiding guests, of all abilities, through movements to gain greater confidence in their yoga practice.

This class is for everyone whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing it for years!

If you have your own mat, please bring it along. We do have some mats that guests can use if they do not have their own.

If you want to bring your own blanket, water, blocks or yoga strap please feel free!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class time to have enough time before the session starts to get comfortable. There is ample parking onsite.

The lifestyle manager of the building, Lottie, will be at the reception desk to welcome you.
