You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of TVP’s Nature Reserve and connect with its many wonders.

Led by a certified forest therapy guide, you’ll be invited to sit, lie or stand in a serene spot in the park. You’ll then be guided through a series of sensory activities designed to heighten your awareness and connection with nature. You’ll tune in to the sounds of the birds singing in the trees around you, inhale the fresh, earthy aromas of the park, and feel the wind on your skin as you absorb the peace and tranquility of your surroundings.

As you slow down and quiet your mind, you’ll experience the calming and restorative effects of nature firsthand. The guide will offer gentle prompts and invitations to deepen your connection with nature and tune into your own body and emotions. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences and reflections with the group, and leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and deeply connected to the natural world.

Hear more about Forest Bathing straight from the expert, check out this fascinating radio interview with Sonya Dibbin (your guide): https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p09n7k9z. Sonya beautifully explains the essence of Forest Bathing and its numerous benefits. You’ll be captivated by her insights and inspired to embark on this incredible journey into nature.

So, if you’re ready to escape the stresses of daily life, and immerse yourself in a rejuvenating digital detox, join us for this exhilarating forest bathing experience. Trust us, the birds alone are worth it!
