Join us for a fun-filled Family Day at Thames Valley Park, open to everyone, whether you work here or are visiting from the local community. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy the park, spend time outdoors and get involved in a range of activities for all ages.
What’s on:
Mobile Farm Experience
Get up close with a pop-up farm featuring friendly animals including goats, lambs, rabbits, guinea pigs, poultry and seasonal animals. Visitors can feed and interact with the animals throughout the day.
Birds of Prey
Meet and learn about eight incredible species of birds of prey, with the opportunity to handle selected birds under expert guidance.
Pony Rides
Younger visitors can enjoy supervised pony rides, led by experienced handlers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Face Painting
Add a splash of colour with face painting, perfect for children (and the young at heart).
Bubble Entertainment
Watch a professional bubble performer create giant bubbles and interactive displays, with plenty of chances to join in and make your own.
Ice Cream Van
Treat yourself to a sweet refreshment, with ice cream available to purchase on the day.
This event is designed for everyone to enjoy, from families and park occupiers to the wider community. Come along, get involved and make the most of a summer’s day at Thames Valley Park.
